The Knit dyeing process is near similar to the yarn dyeing process but there is some difference in quality measurement. Short According to Quality

Load Machine according to Weight

Pretreatment Recipe :

Minwet HPLM   :  0.7 % (Dyeing ) & 1% (White)

Caustic Soda       : 2%

Minstab STB      : 1/6th of Peroxide

Minquest 2UDI :0.6% (Calcium & Megnasium Chelation)

If you Have problem iron in Water then Add Minquest SAI 26 : 0.6%

Hydrogen Peroxide : 4% (Dyeing ) & 6% ( White)

Temperature : 95°C/30-45 Min.

Check Absorbency & Whiteness of Fabric.

Hot Wash

Cold Wash & Neutral

Minquest SAI 26 : 0.5%

Minlub Q : 1%

Minlev LEV : 1%( Add Half in Bath & Half in Colour)

 

Add salt According to % of Shade

Add Dissolved Color Gradually for Run for 30 Min for 60°C or 90°C

Add Alkali in 2 Parts (10% +90%)

Check Sample

Over Flow Wash

Neuralize with

Acetic Acid : 0.7%

ECO X         : 0.6% in Cold

Soaping at 90°C

Minsoap RSK : 0.8%

Hot Wash

Cold Wash

Neutralize with

Acetic Acid : 0.6%

Unload material

Dry at 100°C at

Open on Slit Cutter

Finish at Stenter depend on Feel required for Fabric

Compact at Compactor

Pack at Packing machine

 

Check Points :

  1. Check absorbacy of Fabric
  2. Check pH of Fabric
  3. Check if any damage or pin holes find in fabric
  4. Check LMR ratio of Machine
  5. Check Shade Variation against Batch to Batch
  6. Check Left Middle Right shade variation
  7. Check Proper Packing done
  8. Check Feel of the fabric as per required by customer.
